We had so much fun spending a week with the kids at Pleasant Union! We got the chance to work with every student for this whole- school mural. Then5th graders did ocean creatures for the water part of the globe. The continents were created using pointillism and topographical maps as inspiration. We had fun painting outer space using deep blues, purples, blacks and some shiny interference paint. We were so impressed with these kids- they did a great job!
